“The directors have assessed the principal risks and uncertainties, including the ongoing cost of living crisis and economic instability. Forecasts modelling the current risks on the business have been prepared and stress tested. These forecasts conclude that Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Limited has sufficient cash and liquidity to fund the company's operations for a period of at least 12 months from the issuance date of these financial statements. Having taken all the above into account, the Company's statutory financial statements for the year 2025 have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate.”
